We are extremely excited add a handfull of new classes as well as two amazing new instructors that have an immense amount of experience between them.  Lisa Rogers will be teaching our yoga classes and Cheyanne Cook will have a mix of  class offerings that include High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as some PiYO and Pilates just to name a few!  Come try a class!  First class is always FREE!!
